It has punching bags, wooden Wing Chun Kung Fu dummy, bodybuilding equipment, treadmill, rowing machine, free weights, balance boards, rubber bands and of course all the necessary martial arts training and protection equipment.




The techniques available for learning martial arts
TaeKwon do is the most popular Korean martial art and the national sport of Korea. It is one of the most widespread and complete martial arts in the world and since 2000 the competitive part of the battle (which is now also the most widespread) became an official Olympic sport. It is considered one of the most developed martial arts in terms of kicking, while it places great emphasis on physical endurance as well as speed, precision and flexibility of the feet.
Wing Chun is a form-based martial art, a form of Southern Chinese Kung Fu, and a close-quarters self-defense system. It is a style of martial arts characterized by its focus on close-quarters hand-to-hand combat, quick punches, and instant effectiveness. It has a philosophy that emphasizes capturing and sticking to the opponent's center line. This is achieved by using simultaneous attack and defense, touch sensitivity and using the opponent's strength against them.
Muay Thai
Muay (Thai), in Greek terminology, Thai boxing (Thai Boxing) is a fighting martial art originating from Thailand. It is the national sport in Thailand and native martial art. Also called the art of 8 limbs (hands, elbows, knees, feet) It became popular all over the world in the 90s. In 1995, at the initiative of the government, the First World Amateur Federation (I.A.M.T.F.) was founded with General Tienchai Sirisumpan as president, to become known worldwide in its amateur version.
Kick boxing is a combat sport that combines boxing and kicking. It was originally created as a "fusion" of western boxing with karate, however it was later heavily influenced by Thai boxing (which became popular after the 90s).
Its origin is from Japan and North America and includes boxing techniques and kicks from karate and taekwondo.
Sanda
SANSHOU (free hand) or SANDA (freestyle fighting) is a full contact sport involving one
a large number of WUSHU KUNG FU techniques including kicks, kicks and wrestling techniques. SANDA in its current form it developed during the 1960s when the Chinese Government brought together all the country's grand masters with the goal of creating a system of regulations that would allow athletes from different styles of KUNG FU to participate.
Cheerleadingit's a team sport. Includes dancing and gymnastics. It cultivates the team spirit and self-esteem of the participants. It is aimed at boys and girls from 6 years old and above. It is the only sport that has mixed categories.
Para Taekwondo is a variation of traditional Taekwondo designed for athletes with disabilities.
Para Taekwondo was included in the program of the Paralympic Games for the first time in Rio de Janeiro in 2016. Since then, it has gained popularity as a sports activity for people with disabilities.
Para Muay Thai is a variation of traditional Muay Thai (or Muay Thai) designed for athletes with disabilities.
Para Muay Thai was developed to offer disabled athletes the opportunity to practice Muay Thai and compete in matches. It is a relatively new sport that aims to further integrate people with disabilities into the world of Muay Thai.
Para Wushu is a variation of traditional Wushu, designed for athletes with disabilities.
Para Wushu is a growing sport that aims to give disabled athletes the opportunity to practice Wushu, a traditional Chinese martial art.
